Prenatal yoga sessions focus on preparing you for birth with breathing techniques and meditation to utilize during labor and birth. Class focuses on movement to release tension and gentle strength building. In person or zoom.

Postpartum yoga is very effective for calming the mind and restoring energy. I invite each session to be balancing on multiple levels, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. In person or zoom.

Take your practice deeper with safe alignment, advanced variations and modifications. Practice meditation, pranayama, inversions and work with props as well as hands-on support.
